A Higher Standard of Clinical Research Excellence

TMG’s quality program is integral to the service we provide to our network to support its goals and those of our clients. We provide SOPs to our sites, as well as SOP and GCP training to establish a common quality standard. We support sites in writing their own site-specific SOPs, provide consultation on GCP issues, and perform quality checks at the sites. We also publish a monthly newsletter for our coordinators that includes discussions on GCP topics and GCP quizzes. To foster a culture of continuing processional development, we sponsor coordinators in their efforts to achieve certification (e.g., SoCRA, ACRP).

Our Clinical Research Quality Manager, Joanne Morris, provides a valuable resource to our quality program as we continue to raise the standard of clinical research excellence within our company. Joanne comes to us following a distinguished career at AstraZeneca, where, at the time of her departure, she held the title of Senior Manager, Quality, Training and Compliance. Joanne has great depth and breadth of experience, having held the positions of Clinical Research Associate and Clinical Research Scientist, as well as various managerial positions in biostatistics and data management, medical writing, clinical science and professional development.

Joanne spends much of her time at the sites training new personnel. She will be developing more on-line training resources (e-learning) that can be accessed through our Investigator portal. Joanne is your full-time resource and you may call on her for assistance with any operational issue.
